Responsibilities
What the role includes.
- Troubleshooting and repairing commercial restaurant equipment and related facility issues.
- Performing planned maintenance, inspections, cleaning programs, and equipment adjustments.
- Managing schedule follow-through, service communication, and documentation in Nexus.
- Maintaining a stocked service vehicle and preparing for recurring restaurant needs.
